My desire as a free-lance writer is to encourage Catholic spiritual growth by sharing the truths
of the Catholic faith through the written word addressing a variety of subjects. “Go out to all the world and tell the good news.” Mark 16:15.
For three years I was an editor and feature story writer for a bi-weekly newspaper. I have been published in a number of Catholic magazines.
I reside
in Helena Montana with my husband and our four cats and our dog. I am an active member of the Cathedral of St. Helena and a member of the Catholic Writer's Guild. I am also a member of a small Helena Catholic Writer's Group which meets monthly. Since I retired
from my full-time job in 2013, I am dedicating more of my time to sharing my joy and love of God through my writing.
“You may be writing, then the
fullness of your heart may come to your hand also. Your heart may speak through writing. Your heart may speak through your eyes also. When you look at people, they must be able to see God in your eyes. The fullness of the heart is expressed in our eyes, in
our touch, in what we write, in what we say, the way we walk, the way we receive, the way we need. That is the fullness of the heart expressing itself in many different ways.”--Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta from the book entitled Thirsting for God
by author Angelo D Scolozzi.
