Be Still and Know that I am God. Psalm 46:10
By Connie
In times of confusion and uncertainty,
it seems like a million and one thoughts race
through my mind at Internet High speed.
Fear enters with its flaming
darts
hitting me like a machine gun.
I'm afraid, Jesus. Help me.
I hear God whispering ever so softly,
ever so lovingly, ever so gently, “Be Still and Know
that I am God”
As I repeat each word slowly ever so slowly,
I begin to come into
the presence of God.
Be
in the now moment and experience God's presence.
Be Still.
God is asking me to be still in this moment.
I place all my racing thoughts and
fears in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Be Still and know
that as I step out of the boat on to unchartered waters, Jesus is
holding my hand each step of the way.
Be Still and know that I am.
God is the great I Am. I bow down in humble adoration to
the Great “I Am.”
He knows me intimately and loves
me eternally.
All is well with my soul.
